The dream started with Chris Opara, a highly gifted person in so many ways. His talents have had to wait until he was able to financially support them himself. And of course, there was no help from any source. Also he has quickly realized that there are so many gifted youth especially in this part of the world whose talents have rotten away without being utilized.

Now, as a successful young industrialist, a business consultant, a publisher and also a songwriter, Chris Opara has decided to build a world-class platform that will surely assist all gifted young ones to fully explore and utilize their talents for the maximum good. That concept and dream gave birth to GIFTED G. C. INTERNATIONAL, a group totally devoted to assisting the gifted or talented youth, virtually in all fields, with special interest in entertainment.

World Miss Photogenic
Having carried extensive research on the word "Photogenic", Chris, as he is fondly called, reached the conclusion that the world, as regards promotions and celebrations of beauty pageants, has left the substance for shadows. The truth is photogenics are the real models, and not everybody is photogenic. Photogenics are models with added values, in other words, Chris calls them “commercial beauties”. He has now decided to promote and celebrate these beauties worldwide.

Aims/Objectives
It's a known fact that the camera lens seems to favor some people's appearance with extra touch of beauty than it does for others. World miss photogenic beauty pageant is therefore instituted with a view to promoting, celebrating and rewarding those with such (photogenic) gift and to create a platform that will usher them the opportunity to realize their dreams in the modeling industry.
